Winter Landscapes

The series pays homage to the rugged beauty of the Nova Scotia winter/landscape/shoreline. From the South Shore to the windswept pine trees in Cape Breton, the visuals showcase the diverse landscape of this beautiful province. The stark and wintery elements are crucial to the aesthetic of the panoramic I want to achieve, and this process has astringent and unpredictable features due to the weather. Parrsboro, Digby, Yarmouth, Louisbourg, Clam Harbour, Port Joli are some of the places I have PHOTOGRAPHED OVER A PERIOD OF 2 YEars and as such will be an ongoing project for the foreseeable future.
